- Health information collected through the platform is handled in accordance with the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Identity verification for nurses is provided by Persona, a third-party identity verification provider.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Arrival Care does not store full payment card numbers.
- Platform data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Arrival Care does not use your personal information for targeted advertising, behavioral advertising, or third-party marketing.
- Text messaging consent is optional, and mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
