What is Arrival Care?
Arrival Care is an Arizona concierge private nursing platform connecting patients and families with registered nurses for personalized, one-on-one care at home or another appropriate care setting.
What types of care can I request?
Visit types may include wellness and safety check-ins, medication support and education, post-hospital or post-surgical support, chronic-condition education, mobility or personal-care assistance, patient advocacy, rehabilitation support, hospice support, and end-of-life support. Every service includes a comprehensive head-to-toe nursing assessment and a personalized Arrival Care report detailing the care delivered during your visit. Available care depends on the patient’s needs and what is appropriate for a scheduled private nursing visit.
How do pricing and payment work?
Arrival Care is a private-pay service. Visit pricing is shown securely after you create a patient account and sign in, so you can review the available options and cost before submitting a care request. Arrival Care does not guarantee insurance coverage or reimbursement; contact your insurer directly if you have coverage questions.
How are nurses selected?
Before activation, nurse providers complete identity, license, credential, compliance, and readiness review. Required documentation and orientation help prepare nurses for visits, and license status can be monitored. Care requests are considered based on patient needs, location, availability, and the nurse’s professional judgment about whether the visit is appropriate for them.
Is Arrival Care an emergency service?
No. Arrival Care provides scheduled private nursing care and is not an emergency-response service. Call 911 for a medical emergency.
How soon can a nurse visit?
Typical lead time, and whether same-day requests are supported. Today, timing depends on nurse availability, location and care needs.
Is this a W-2 or 1099 position?
Nurse providers currently participate as independent contractors and receive the applicable tax documentation. Details are reviewed during onboarding so each nurse can decide whether the opportunity is right for them.
Are there required shifts or minimum hours?
No. There are no minimum shift or hour requirements. Nurses choose when and if they accept visits.
How does nurse payment work?
Compensation details are explained during orientation after the nurse’s provider account has been reviewed and activated. Nurses can review visit information before deciding whether to accept an opportunity.
What must I complete before my nurse account is activated?
Nurse providers complete secure identity and license verification, credential and required-document review, applicable compliance modules, and virtual orientation. The Arrival Care admin team reviews the completed provider account before activation.
Do I need malpractice insurance?
Independent professional liability coverage is not currently required by Arrival Care, but nurse providers are encouraged to consider coverage appropriate to their individual practice and circumstances. Nurses should review their own professional and financial needs before participating.
