For Patients
Arrival Care is an Arizona concierge private nursing platform connecting patients and families with registered nurses for personalized, one-on-one care at home or another appropriate care setting.
Visit types may include wellness and safety check-ins, medication support and education, head-to-toe nursing assessments, post-hospital or post-surgical support, chronic-condition education, mobility or personal-care assistance, patient advocacy, rehabilitation support, hospice support, and end-of-life support. Available care depends on the patient’s needs and what is appropriate for a scheduled private nursing visit.
Arrival Care is a private-pay service. Visit pricing is shown securely after you create a patient account and sign in, so you can review the available options and cost before submitting a care request. Arrival Care does not guarantee insurance coverage or reimbursement; contact your insurer directly if you have coverage questions.
Before activation, nurse providers complete identity, license, credential, compliance, and readiness review. Required documentation and orientation help prepare nurses for visits, and license status can be monitored. Care requests are considered based on patient needs, location, availability, and the nurse’s professional judgment about whether the visit is appropriate for them.
Select Request Care to create a secure patient account. A welcome video explains what to expect before the detailed intake begins. The intake helps prepare nurses with relevant information before they consider the request. Existing patients can use Patient Member Sign In to return to their account.
For Nurses
Arrival Care offers Arizona Registered Nurses flexible independent-contractor opportunities to provide focused, one-on-one private nursing care. Nurses review available visit information and decide whether an opportunity fits their schedule, experience, and professional judgment.
Nurse providers currently participate as independent contractors and receive the applicable tax documentation. Details are reviewed during onboarding so each nurse can decide whether the opportunity is right for them.
No. There are no minimum shift or hour requirements. Nurses choose when and if they accept visits.
Compensation details are explained during orientation after the nurse’s provider account has been reviewed and activated. Nurses can review visit information before deciding whether to accept an opportunity.
Nurse providers complete secure identity and license verification, credential and required-document review, applicable compliance modules, and virtual orientation. The Arrival Care admin team reviews the completed provider account before activation.
Independent professional liability coverage is not currently required by Arrival Care, but nurse providers are encouraged to consider coverage appropriate to their individual practice and circumstances. Nurses should review their own professional and financial needs before participating.
No. Arrival Care can supplement existing employment. There are no required minimum hours, and nurses choose whether to accept available visits that fit their schedule.
Existing members can sign in securely at member.arrivalcare.com. The Arrival Care mobile app is being redesigned as a nurse field tool to support visit workflows such as Start Visit, End Visit, secure communication, and required charting.
Select Become a Nurse to create a provider account and complete the required profile, secure identity and license verification, credential uploads, compliance steps, and virtual orientation. The Arrival Care admin team reviews the completed account before activation. Existing nurse members can sign in at member.arrivalcare.com.
