Frequently Asked Questions

Please visit our contact tab or reach us at [email protected] if you cannot find an answer to your question.

For Patients

Arrival Care is a concierge nurse-matching platform that connects patients with experienced, licensed Registered Nurses for personalized care in the home or at healthcare facilities.

Care may include (but is not limited to) medication management, post-surgical recovery, hospice support, patient advocacy, assistance with activities of daily living, rehabilitation support, and wellness visits.

Arrival Care is a private-pay service. Insurance coverage may vary depending on the service provided and is the responsibility of the patient.

Nurses on the platform are licensed, vetted, and reviewed prior to approval. Patients are matched with nurses based on care needs, availability, and location. All of our nurses have a minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience, with many bringing significantly more experience across a variety of care settings.

Visit the Get Started tab to create a patient account and submit a care request. Once your account is created, you can also download the Arrival Care app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for easy access to your care and visits.

For Nurses

Arrival Care is a concierge nurse network that offers Registered Nurses flexible, independent contractor opportunities to provide one-on-one care through a secure web and mobile platform.

Nurses on the Arrival Care platform currently work as independent contractors (1099). As the platform grows, W-2 opportunities may become available in the future, though this is not guaranteed at this time.

No. There are no minimum shift or hour requirements. Nurses choose when and if they accept visits.

Pay information is shared during onboarding after your profile has been reviewed and approved.

Nurses are strongly encouraged to carry their own independent professional liability (malpractice) insurance, though it is not required. Coverage may be obtained through professional organizations such as Nurses Service Organization (NSO).

No. Many nurses use Arrival Care to supplement existing employment. You choose visits that fit your schedule.
