Who Can Join

  • Active, Unencumbered RN license in the state of Arizona
  • Approximately 3-5 years of clinical experience
  • Strong clinical skills and confidence working independently
  • Willingness to be part of a growing, newly launched platform


RNs are strongly encouraged to carry their own independent malpractice insurance, though it is not required. Nurses may obtain coverage through organizations such as Nurses Service Organization (NSO).
